ugh i am 155.4 what the hell. i've been eating next to nothing and exercising like crazy!! that's it today i'm restricting to a near fast. no more than 500 cals and i'm going to the actual YMCA gym.
wow, if you do that, you might end up binging!(trust me i've been there)..maybe your loss is slow cuz, ur metabloism is slowing down? keep eating (maybe like 1,000 cals even), but yah exercise will deffo help..good luck, i like your blog! :))
I'm just a girl with a blog. I am not ana, but i consider myself to be obsessed with my own weight and personal goals. I admit that i am a disordered eater but i don't have an eating disorder. I hate my body and i plan to change that. I don't think that bones and emaciation are beautiful; i think earning the right to be described as skinny by other people is heaven. This is just a way for me to track my progress, express my feelings, maybe post a little thinspo, and my current musings and findings.
just my own rendition of the restriction diet. all the days completed are in crossed out. its a little shorter too! at least 30 minutes of cardio, 3x a week
